Iranian-American chef Ariana Bundy is set to open her first restaurant at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences in Dubai in late 2019.

Ariana’s Persian Kitchen will showcase the award-winning TV chef and cookbook author’s take on Persian food, with a twist in terms of textures, ingredients, and presentation.

Guests will be able to sample Ariana’s Caspian-stype filet kabob, rose-scented sea bass, a colourful array of new mazzeh dishes, and her take on Persian ice cream with saffron, pistachios, and rose water.

Bundy said: “The stunning design of the resort, combined with the professionalism of the Atlantis and Kerzner teams, convinced me that this was the ideal time and place to open my first restaurant.”

The celebrity chef wrote and presented Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, an eight-part TV show on NatGeo People that has aired in over 40 countries.
