The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa collaborates with Abu Dhabi Golf Club

The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Golf Club will hold a 9-hole night golf tournament on Friday, December 14, which is aimed at giving back to the community   through the Marriott’s Road To Awareness initiative that supports the Al Jalila Foundation.

For AED200 (US $54.5), golfers will play the 9-hole garden course followed by a cocktail reception at The Westin Abu Dhabi. Winners of the tournament can receive several prizes including stays at the hotel and complimentary treatments at Heavenly Spa. A ‘Beat The Pro’ challenge awaits experienced players wherein they can take on a pro for a chance to win another amazing prize.

Stephen Payne, golf operations manager of The Abu Dhabi Golf Club said: ‘We as a club are extremely excited to host this 9-hole stableford competition under the flood lights of the Garden Course.”

The Road to Awareness is an annual associate fundraising campaign that has been making a valuable difference to the lives of children across our continent since 2008.  Every year, Marriott International employees throughout Africa and the Middle East organize fundraising events to help raise funds to support the vital work charities and organizations do to improve the lives of children.
