Hotelier Middle East Staff, December 9th, 2018

Hilton has been recognised as the number one best workplace for diversity as well as the best workplace for parents by Great Places to Work.

The recognition comes as Hilton provides both its hourly ad salaries employees benefits such as flexible working environments for working parents, parental leave, adoption assistance, GED support, and 10-day advanced scheduling that provides hotel staff the flexibility to plan ahead.

Commenting on the company benefits, Hilton CEO & president Christopher J. Nassetta said:  “At Hilton, we know how important it is to create a great place to work for all, so that our workforce can truly reflect and connect with the communities where we live and work,”

“I hear inspiring stories every day about the experiences our Team Members have with us, and it’s clear by investing in our Hilton family, we are making the world a better place for our Team Members and guests,” he added.

Programs that foster diversity and inclusion include Team Member Resource Groups, Regional Inclusion Groups, Leadership and Career Development Tools and supplier diversity programs through which Hilton has cultivated relationships with more than 3,000 women from underserved backgrounds, a statement said.
