Recently launched into the Dubai market by distributors Amro Kamel General, Techi Serve robot is used for serving drinks and is able to move autonomously by detecting obstacles in its way.
Kalpesh Kumar, sales manager, said: “The hospitality business is automated today, from booking a room to guest room management systems. Hotels, especially in the UAE, are switching to a digital phase, since they like to be different from their competitors.”
The service drinks' robot has a payload of up to 36 kg and has an intuitive system that responds to verbal cues.

Kumar also said that they also aiming to supply the robot to the customer service industry, hotels, government entities and the healthcare sector.
