Sister title Caterer Middle East has reported that JRG Dubai managing director Emma Banks will be moving to hotel operator Hilton Worldwide.
Today (January 31, 2019) marks her last day at JRG Dubai, which is part of Dubai Retail.
Less than six months ago, Banks had been promoted to the MD role at JRG. She joined JRG Dubai in 2013 before being appointed general manager in 2015.

Banks said: "It has been an enormous privilege to have led JRG Dubai during an important period of transformation and growth. Our principle of balanced development has consolidated JRG Dubai’s financial performance, whilst simultaneously strengthening the brand portfolio ahead of further expansion. I leave my JRG Dubai family with genuine sadness, but also encouraged by the remarkable progress we’ve made.
"I am steadfast in the knowledge that the group boasts an industry-leading team armed with a wealth of skill and experience that will continue to offer an exceptional array of dining experiences across a homegrown portfolio of diverse F&B concepts."
