Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi launches outside catering division

The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi has launched a dedicated outside catering business.

Westin Catering will focus on major live sport and entertainment, and will be based at the hotel in Dubai.

The new division will be run by director of off-site business development Bhavesh Rawal – who has more than 19 years of experience in the market.

The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi's bars and restaurants include Fish Dubai,  Bussola, Hunters Room & Grill, El Sur and Asia de Cuba, along with the Bubbalicious brunch. The range of food and drink created at those outlets can all be produced by Westin Catering – along with a host of other cuisines from around the world and special activations such as Arabic BBQs and beach parties.

Rawal said in a statement: "We have been involved in events in Dubai for many years but by launching a dedicated catering operation we can really bring to life any occasion more than ever before.

"It was brilliant to recently run the food and drink operation at the Dubai Desert Classic golf and it is events like that where we are confident of being the market leader."

Westin Catering is set to announce a series of partnerships in the coming months.
