New head chef joins Radisson Blu Martinez hotel, Beirut

With more than 16 years of hospitality experience, Najib Kalouch has joined Radisson Blu Martinez, Beirut as head chef.

Kalouch started his career in Metropolitan hotel, Beirut and then moved to Le Gray Beirut for nine years.

The new head chef will be implementing new menus at the hotel's Olivos restaurant, and work on developing his team members.

The previous head chef, Palash Gomes, has moved to Sharjah, UAE, as the executive chef in Radisson Blu Sharjah. Gomes spent five years at the Radisson Blu Martinez, Beirut as its head chef.
