Atlantis, The Palm’s Ossiano is set to a present a two-night culinary experience crafted by Italian chef Davide Oldani, who has won Michelin stars for his restaurant D'O, and Ossiano’s chef de cuisine Grégoire Berger.

The Four Hands Dinner will take place from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on March 8 and 9, for AED 830 (US$226) per person.

Highlights of the bespoke menu include golden foie gras with confit apples and velouté of cauliflower, lobster, scent of lemon and trout roe. A dish of breadcrumbs, black pepper, Marsala wine and rice is on the menu, along with sea bass and D’O caviar and the challans duck with orange. Dessert comes in the form of black sesame and vanilla textures. Grape pairings will be selected by Oldani himself. Guests can also enjoy a live performance from in-house duo Clarita and Julia.

Oldani, from Milan, Italy, has been at the helm of his Michelin-starred restaurant D’O, in his hometown of Cornaredo, since 2003. Berger has previously won both Hotelier Middle East and Caterer Middle East awards for his work, and represented the Middle East & Africa at S.Pellegrino Young Chefs in Milan, Italy in 2016.
