Shaza Al Madina hosts training programmes for Saudi nationals

Programmes are a key part of hotel’s support for vision 2030

Several Saudi nationals are being provided with learning and development programmes in various hospitality departments by Shaza Al Madina in Saudi Arabia, the region’s newspaper Saudi Gazette has reported.

According to the country general manager Amjad Irshaidat, this programme is a key part of their support for vision 2030, in addition to the Ministry of Tourism’s Vision 2021 of preparing Saudi nationals to lead in the tourism and hospitality sector.

As part of this programme, the hotel hosted three students from the Al Madinah Female College, they completed 10 days of on the job training in reservations, front office and the guest relations department.  

Another 25 students of F&B services from Madinah Tourism College were taken on an industrial tour of the hotel. The students visits complemented the Shaza Kifah Programme, which provides local Saudi talents with interactive opportunities to learn, develop grow and excel under professional training of by departmental specialists.
