Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah has launched a jet lag guru concierge service in the Middle East.

Only available at this property, the complimentary service will provide guests with advice on how to combat jet lag and help arrange tailored experiences including a Neom tranquillity bath on arrival and a special 'Jet Lag Menu' at Vietnamese restaurant Lao.

A survey of 2,000 luxury consumers over the age of 22 in the UK found that more than one-third of travellers (36%) wanted to experience a ‘Jet Lag Guru’ when they travelled.

Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah general manager David Wilson said: "As luxury travel continues to evolve alongside a growing desire for bespoke experiences, it’s key for the luxury sector to keep up with the rising demands and expectations from global travellers."

Travellers exhausted from long journeys and time zone differences can now book a complimentary personal consultation with an on-property jet lag guru who will advise guests on how to recover from a long-haul travel and make the most of their stay through wellness and fitness initiatives.

Experiences will range from spraying a calming Neom room mist in a guest's suite through to pre-booking a Neom tranquility bath, arranging a complimentary tea journey or thinking about fitness through a number of options at the property, along with many other experiences. Lao's jet lag menu will offer dishes that are designed to ease the side effects of flying across time zones.
