St Regis Abu Dhabi hosts all-female idea exchange session ahead of women’s day

As part of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s ‘Month of Womanhood’ celebrations, 50 of Abu Dhabi’s most influential women along with two international guests took part in an exclusive all-female “idea-exchange” session.

Along with two guest speakers from London, Janette J Sinclair and Alicya Sinclair, the event discussed personal future management after breaking the glass ceiling. To also enhance social networking, all guests were part of the ‘Queen of Hearts Afternoon Tea’ debut, in celebration of International Women’s Day this March.

More than 50 celebrated female leaders across several industries shared their successes and challenges to motivate and encourage progressive changes in work places for women.

Janette J. Sinclair, the first guest speaker for the ‘Connecting Women’ event debut is a chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD) & QSCA Certified Life Coach at Synclarity Coaching Practice. Her daughter Alicya Sinclair, the second guest speaker of the event is the Founder & Director of Sinclair London, she is the first Savile Row trained female in 2013 and launched her own woman’s only tailoring brand for bespoke tailoring in 2013.
