Chahla, who has over 24 years of culinary experience will introduce 10 new signature dishes at the hotel
Born in Hautes-Alpes, France, Chahla has worked in top kitchens around the world, supporting chefs at Michelin restaurants like Restaurant La Rotonde at the Casino Le Lyon Vert, Le Meurice with Yannick Alléno, George V and Restaurant des Rois at La Reserve de Beaulieu. This was followed by an 11-year stint in Morocco, where he took on more leadership roles, before returning to France at Courchevel.
