What is your key product focus for this year?

Exterity recently launched ArtioGuest®, a brand-new interactive guest experience portal for hotels and accommodation. Built from the ground up, this fully-customisable middleware provides an enhanced and intuitive in-room entertainment experience for guests. ArtioGuest enables the creation of tailored interfaces for accessing TV, Video on Demand, information, services and more.


Can you share more details?

ArtioGuest can be fully customised to hotel brand guidelines and integrates with a variety of Property Management Systems (PMS). This enables guests to access a wide range of services, such as a personalised welcome message, mailbox, room service, view bill, book spa treatments or activities and express checkout, all via the TV in the comfort of their room. Discerning international travellers expect to be able to access their favourite channels wherever they are in the world, so ArtioGuest enables hotels to provide an unlimited number of channels. The customisable TV Guide includes an option to let guests catch up on programmes up to 7 days after broadcast, while video-on-demand lets hotels provide a rich variety of movies and TV shows, with parental controls. We understand that content security is paramount and ensure that all video content is fully protected across our end-to-end solutions. Guests can also cast image and video – including content from subscription accounts such as Netflix or YouTube - from their own device directly onto the in-room TV.

The creation of stylish, branded guest portals is incredibly simple with ArtioGuest’s intuitive, drag-and-drop interface, but we also offer the Exterity Design Service so if hotels don’t have in-house capability, we can create a uniquely branded portal for you that meets your exacting requirements. And finally, the Smart Control app on AvediaServer gives system administrators centralised control of all end points on the system. Designed and developed in the UK, ArtioGuest is part of the ISO9001 quality assured product range offered by Exterity, with a Middle East sales and support team providing local pre- and post-sales support.
