Mystery Shopper


Hotelier Middle East Staff, March 9th, 2009

The results of this month's mystery shopper are in and reveal who's hot and who's not in Kuwait's travel agency community.

The Grass Roots mystery shopping team visited four agencies in Kuwait and gave top marks to Caesars Travel Company for its store presentation and customer service.

The wooden spoon went to LJ Travel and Tourism where staff lacked product knowledge, according to the mystery shopper.
