Chocolate camels ride into Jumeirah stores

Al Nassma, producers of chocolates made from Arabian camel milk, has announced its products will be available to guests at Jumeirah hotels.

The camel milk chocolates will be sold in several stores across Jumeirah’s Dubai resorts, including Madinat Jumeirah, desert resort Bab Al Shams, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The Dubai-based chocolate producer said it hoped the deal with Jumeirah would help target tourists who would spread the word on Arabian chocolates abroad.

Al Nassma general manager Martin Van Almsick said: “Our chocolates will perfectly complement the hotel’s products by offering a unique quality item from Dubai, which makes a splendid souvenir for loved-ones back home.”

The sweet-toothed manufacture’s jewel in the crown, a gold wrapped hollow chocolate camel, is available in two sizes —130g and 730g.

The company has been promoting its locally-produced chocolates with an Arabian slant by appealing as a high-class brand.

“We decided to open our new retail stores with the Jumeriah Hotels and Resorts group as they represent the ideal partner for Al Nassma, which is a high quality, luxurious brand,” explained Van Almsick.

“Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts succeeded for a long time in attracting and fascinating locals and tourists alike; Al Nassma, as a truly unique Arabic chocolate brand, found the perfect partner with Jumeirah,” he added.
