F&B firms from across the region are turning to compact solutions for their buffet and tableware solutions, according to Hotel Show exhibitor Kings Stores Hospitality.
The firm will be exhibiting its European lines at this year’s Hotel Show and manager of institutional sales Mohan Abraham said the company would target trend-setting decision makers from hotels across the region.
“Current trends seem to be towards sleeker and more minimalist designs rather than classical designs, whether it is tableware or buffet concepts,” Abraham commented.

The company will use the show to promote two “sleek” buffet display concepts from German firm Zieher called Skyline and Rock Art, as well as new trolley model Zen.
Abraham added that the firm hoped the show would act as a platform for the company to meet new clients and suppliers from across the region.
