BiCE outlet set for Dubai launch

BICE restaurants is set to introduce its latest outlet in Dubai this month, following successful ventures in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The group’s latest concept, BICE Mare, will be located in Souk Al Bahar, beneath the Burj Dubai and overlooking Dubai Fountain.

The outlet will combine what the chain described as "a mix of traditional and innovative Italian seafood inspired cuisine" in a "stylish, warm and Mediterranean setting".

The outlet will become the 35th BICE-branded restaurant worldwide as the group continues it expansion in the Middle East.

BICE restaurants was launched in Milan in 1926 by Beatrice Ruggeri; Ruggeri, an expert in Tuscany-inspired cuisine, was known to her family and friends as BICE.

The brand can be found in popular global cuisine hubs such as New York, Paris, Tokyo and Madrid.
