Tamani Hotel Marina Dubai has signed an agreement with The Hotel Show to be official sponsor of the 2010 Seven Star Conference and Middle East Spa Summit which runs alongside the trade event for the hospitality and leisure sector.

Tamani Hotels and Resorts vice president sales and marketing Roddy Gordon said the company was “committed” to the partnership and that it felt “that now, more than ever before, is a time for the hospitality industry to work together to champion how we can provide best practice”.

“We know from talking to Tamani customers that they are going through radical changes in their own business models,” he said.

“We are keen to be associated with partnership initiatives that bring hoteliers together with suppliers.”

The Hotel Show exhibition director Maggie Moore said the Tamani Hotel was an “elegantly themed hotel with Islamic and contemporary art pieces in each suite”, adding that she was “delighted that a company which sets high standards like Tamani Hotel and Resorts is partnering with us for the Seven Star Conference and Middle East Spa Summit”.

The Hotel Show this year saw four product sectors: Operating Equipment and Supplies, Security and Technology, The Resort Experience and Interiors and Design.

The show featured 758 exhibitors from 41 countries and attracted 9788 industry decision makers and influencers from 77 countries.

The Hotel Show takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from May 18-20, 2010.
