Plutocrat: (noun) a person who is powerful because they are rich.

In a sentence:

Reservations manager: Put 30 live swans, a horse and a marmoset dipped in gold in the Presidential Suite. Then fill the bath with Haribo and set up a stage so Shirley Bassey can sing Big Spender. Then put all the furniture in one room, flood the bedroom and put a shark in it.

Rooms manager: That’s insane and don’t we already have the room booked?

Reservations manager: We did, but I’ve just had a plutocrat on the phone and what a plutocrat wants a plutocrat gets.
