The Noodle House, the flagship brand of Jumeirah Restaurants, has launched its new menu, featuring signature dishes from award-winning celebrity chef, Sam Leong.

The brand, which offers South-East Asian dishes, officially launched the new menu on May 21, introducing dishes such as Mee Goreng created from the original recipes of globally acclaimed Singaporean chef Leong.

Commenting on his role in the menu revamp before the launch, Leong said: “Jumeirah invited me over to guest chef at one of their restaurants a few years ago, which I very much enjoyed.

“Then they recently called and said they were looking to refresh the Noodle House menu with some real Asian dishes, so I came over to Dubai to look at all the branches, the quality of the food, and bring in a few new Asian ideas and recipes.

“Once the menu is launched, we’ll let the guests tell us what they think of them [new dishes] and go from there,” he continued.

“There are a lot of regular customers to this brand as well, so we really want to get their feedback and their assistance in bringing Noodle House up to a whole new level.”

The new a la carte menu includes a range of healthy options such as ‘steamed noodle roll with crab and ginger’, ‘king prawn salad’, ‘seared salmon with lime and sweet soy’ and ‘edamame’, as well as a range of tangy dishes such as ‘salt and pepper calamari’, ‘skewered chicken wings’, ‘crispy noodles with seafood and XO sauce’, ‘duck curry with egg plant’ and ‘chicken rice’.
