The Address Hotels and Resorts, owned and managed by Emaar Hospitality Group, has expanded its digital portfolio with a new Arabic website at www.theaddress.com/ar.

Emaar Hospitality Group and Emaar Hotels and Resorts chief executive officer Marc Dardenne said: “This is the era of digital and an increasing number of Arabic speakers prefer to make their travel and hotel reservations on-line.”

“As a path-breaking hotel brand from the Arab world, it is only imperative that we explore the digital sphere through a site that makes online information exchange with our Arabic clientele easier.”

The site, which is already live, provides details of the hotels within The Address portfolio in both English and Arabic, to cater for the increasing number of bookings coming from within the Middle East.

More than 50% of the website traffic comes from the GCC region already and with increased internet penetration in the region, the need for Arabic content is even more significant.

“The new website will enable us to reach Arabic speaking communities worldwide. They can now make reservations to The Address Hotels + Resorts and look for information on the brand easily,” Dardenne added.

The website replicates the English version and provides visitors with navigation tools which are easy to use. It will also undertake continuous system upgrades and implement innovative ideas.
