Shortlisted candidates for the biggest event in the Middle East’s Food and Beverage calendar – the Caterer Middle East Awards – are to be revealed online throughout this week.
The process of shortlisting the best outlets and the F&B sector’s brightest stars in the region across 12 categories has finally come to an end and the countdown to a glittering awards ceremony at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai on September 27 can begin.
The event will mark the second year of the hotly contested awards, which are designed to honour the leading lights in the sector.
Today we can reveal the identities of some of those F&B professionals who will battle for the titles of Educator of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year and Sous Chef of the Year.
Interest in the awards has been huge with more than 300 nominations received in total.
The shortlisted candidates for the first three categories are as follows:
