The gala awards ceremony at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai on September 27 will showcase the talents of the best F&B professionals in the region over 12 categories.
The shortlisted candidates in each category will now be judged by a panel of industry experts before the overall winners are announced on the night. The second annual awards from Caterer Middle East magazine aim to recognise the hard work and dedication of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region.
Details of the shortlists for the Restaurant of the Year, Bar of the Year and Chef of the Year will be released online tomorrow.
