CATERER AWARDS: Tough competition for top chefs

Competition for the accolade has been fierce and Caterer Magazine’s independent panel of F&B experts will now deliberate on who they believe has the biggest claim on the coveted title.

Some of the biggest names from the region's top kitchens appear on the list.

Caterer Magazine’s Chef of the Year award has already established itself as a much sought after title among the region’s top chefs.

The 2010 shortlist presents a difficult task for a panel of five judges, who will reveal the outright winner at a glittering awards ceremony in the Park Hyatt Hotel, Dubai on September 27th.

The final shortlist for the Chef of the Year category is as follows:
