CATERER AWARDS: Bar managers beat off competition

Just four nominees remain in the race for the accolade of Bar Manager of the Year and the category will now be judged by a panel of industry experts.

The overall winner will be revealed at a special awards ceremony at Park Hyatt Hotel, Dubai on September 27.

The shortlisted candidates in the category are as follows:

Mervyn Wasantha, Kubu, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai, Deira Creek

Ahmed Hefny, Pirate’s Bar, Hilton, Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort

Samer Saleh, Cinnabar, Hilton, Abu Dhabi
