Wyndham Worldwide has struck a deal with Planet Hollywood Resorts International, which allows the company to franchise and manage Planet Hollywood-branded hotels.
Chief executive Eric Danziger said the addition of Planet Hollywood would expand the appeal of the Wyndham portfolio.
Planet Hollywood concepts will cater to all sizes of projects although details of future locations in the pipeline are not currently known.
Las Vegas is the only site of a Planet Hollywood Hotel, but there is belief that the brand will do well in resorts and destination where visitors look for entertainment-focused properties.
Wyndham currently operates 7200 hotels under a dozen brands including Ramada, Super 8 and Days Inn.
