The Ivy restaurant to launch in Spring

Hotelier Middle East first mentioned the imminent arrival in Dubai of one of London’s poshest restaurants back in May, but finally an official announcement has confirmed The Ivy will be launching in Spring 2011.

The Ivy will occupy the Scarletts outlet at the Boulevard in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, the latter closing in the new Year to make way for the former's opening. 

Jumeirah Group acquired the rights to roll out an array of award-winning restaurant brands from the Caprice Holdings portfolio, including Rivington Grill, The Ivy, Le Caprice, Scott’s and private members’ club Annabel’s.

Owner Richard Caring will also open a Le Caprice restaurant in Beirut, and versions of London nightspots Annabel’s and Harry’s Bar.
