My vote is for Mr. Joseph because his delegated commitment towards the work especially what he done for crowne plaza Abu Dhabi, so far I know how he is providing career development for housekeeping staff and more over I know from last two years he took a great challenge during star classification, he done a great work with his team even though the hotel was under renovation form last two years, and finally we achieved 5 star. I vote for Mr. Mamdouh Salem. He is very talented, always positive whatever challenges around. Inspiring all the team to be innovative ideas and carry each difficulty out and turn it to opportunity. He is a leader by nature. He had a great experience for more than 19 years in many different chains worldwide. Many projects have been done by Mamdouh Salem and his finger print has been left where ever he goes. He is a leading person to develope all his team and spent many of his time for them. he always repeating for Aristotle that " we are what we reapeatedly do, Excellence then is a habit" as well he is always repeating that " if someone can do it, it means that I must be able to do it as well, even if someone can not do it, I must be the first to do it". I had never ever saw him depressed or unhappy. he is very precise with deep attention to details. I am sure that everyone will be voting for him.
