Joseph has worked dilligently to improve his career in the last 7 years. He was instantly recognisable as a person with talent and very soon after starting at the Hilton as a Room Attendant was promoted to Supervisor due to his attention to details, his ability to make desicions to correct discrepancies and take accountability for his actions. In those 7 years I was fortunate enough to see him develop into a great housekeeper with all the necessary skills and more. Joseph I am very proud of your achievements - keep it up as you have so much more that you can achieve.
