I know Nader personally and the above mentioned quality and leadership is with Nittyanand Nader.He has done many innovative things for the laundry in terms of Environmental safety & Biodegradable Material for packing Guest Laundry.

Mr. Nadar was my Supervisor some 12 years back at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain. I will not be surprise if he gets this distinguish honor since, he deserve this well more than anybody in the industry today. Aside from his being harworker and professional disposal of his main task, he is liked by his superior. He is inovative in his responsibilities and always cautious in applying new ideas that could be workable in his area not only to bring down the operating cost of the department but importantly his passion on the ecological effect of laundry operation.

Emirates Palace has got huge laundry plant, there is no doubt that Nader is running that big department very professionally and acceding all the standards.

I have had the priviledge of working with Mr.Nadar and can proudly say that he was one of the best hoteliers I have dealt with in my 11 year career. Not only is he a dynamic leader, he is also very switched on and self motivated. During his tenure in Emirates Palace, he has strived to innovate new means of generating revenue. In spite of having the biggest hotel laundry operations in UAE, Mr. Nadar does not like to sit back and enjoy, on the other hand, one would not be surprised to see Mr. Nadar himself working meticulously alongside his team and training them to achieve the highest standards. A true Laundry Person of the year by all means...

Mr.Nadar whome I know for last 15 years. He is very professional, full of laundry knowledge and skills. Very good interpersonal skills, co-operative, sincere, hard working. He deserves to be selected as the best.

I know Teddy Mathews last 18 years,a perfect gentleman have lots of enthusiasum,Honest,Team Motivator,Team Builder, Perfectionist in duty after all keeping good humour sense. He is extremely successful in running his small laundry in a emaculate condition within his limit and achieve all his goals set by the Hotel. He is one of the best Laundry Managers within the Hyatt property and part of the pre opening team. I never see a complaint from the guest as he keep the guest laundry crisp under strict qulaity conditions with hygienic packing.

Back in 2004, I had recruited Nadar to head the Laundry of the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. I'm delighted to see that we made the right decision. He richly deserves this nomination !

Its never too late Mr. Nader is recognized for what he is and I am glad that it happened during his tenure at the Emirates Palace Hotel.
