Indeed, I agree. In other hand, There are some Saudis atarted to study the hospitality in some of the world leadest university in this feild. The Hotels in Saudi Arabia should pay more attention to the recruitment. Most of the Hotels bring some Saudis who dont know how speak english & who dont have the required qualification and knowledge. As a result, the Management will have a bad impression about the labor in Saudi Arabia. All this because the bad recruitment. The Hotel just want to fill the Percentage of what the Labor Office mentioned, No matter who are they recruiting. The Hotels should also understand the inflation in Saudi Arabia. The other industry is paying much much more than the Hotels. There are a big gap between them. Some of the people I know who got MBA in Service industry has got an offer not more than 5000. The Hotels in |Saudi Arabia will not recruite all the Hotel vacancy for Saudis. They have apercentage. So at least give a good offer for the quilified one, So you cann keep them. Regards, Mohammed Marghalani BA in Hospitlaity & Tourism Managment from Glion Institute, Switzerland 2006
