I totally agree with Sunil D'souza's views. In Oman once the least professional agent won the highest score while the well known professional agent (I don't work for them) scored the lowest. That winning agent would have spent all his time with mystery shopper as that could have been his only client that day. Companies deal with corporate spend more time with corporate than walk ins as most of the walk ins are just window shoppers. Most of the time its not worth and its easy to make out genuine!
