Over a two-day programme participants will develop an understanding of the factors that contribute to developing a successful event that will meet with the expectations of customers and guests. Successful events are about attention to detail, anticipating customer needs, developing appropriate marketing techniques and above all preparing for the unexpected. This programme will introduce the essential techniques required to prepare and deliver a good event.
