Course Description

This course aims to provide professional training and skills development for stewarding within the hospitality industry. The said training incorporates the following key competencies:
1) A specific overview of the maintenance department of and its quality operation
2) Impart basic to advanced skills and knowledge necessary for entry into and for further advancement within this department
3) Collecting, analyzing and organizing information, using SOP’s and techniques, for trouble shooting, maintenance and preventive maintenance
4) Interpersonal skills essential for a successful implementation and delivery of maintenance programs at desired enterprises standards.
