Hospitality providers A. Ronai have announced the launch of the Omelette Challenge that will take place at Gulfood 2011.
The competition will be supervised by celebrity chef Brian Turner at A. Ronai LLC’s stand D2-2 in Hall 2 from February 27 to March 2 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
A.Ronai managing director Gavin Dodd said the object of the challenge was “to see who can cook the fastest three egg omelette”.

“The challenge will take place every two hours and a leader board will be on the stand for the duration of the show showing each contestant’s time,” he added.
The competition will not be without reward and goody bags and prizes will be awarded including signed books from Brian Turner, dinner vouchers from Wafi Hospitality, six piece crockery sets from Steelite International and dinner vouchers from Fibber Magees.
Also contestants who take part will have the chance to receive two drinks vouchers from Fibber Magees.
The competition is open to all hotel professionals.
