Media One hotel in Dubai Media City has launched a new range of cookery classes held by French chef Nicolas Valero.
The programme includes a trip to Deira Fish Market to inform students about sourcing the best fresh produce and a mixology class to enable participants to prepare a range of muddled drinks. It will cover the principles of Italian food and a masterclass in al fresco entertaining for groups.
“I aim to demystify cooking and make it enjoyable for all,” said Chef Nicolas Valero. “I believe food and dining usually provides a joyous occasion to share with friends and I want to share my experiences and skills with the participants so they appreciate the variety and complexity of food.”

Classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced level students, are limited to eight people and are held for three hours on Monday mornings.
