Nominations for the Caterer Middle East Awards 2011 will close at midnight tonight (Sunday 10 July).
Entries can be made via an online nomination form located here: www.hoteliermiddleeast.com/catererawards
There are 14 categories in total; 11 are focused on rewarding people in the industry, such as Pastry Chef of the Year and Waiter of the Year, while three recognise outstanding outlets.

Following the nominations deadline, the entries will be shortlisted by the hospitality team at ITP Business.
A shortlist of approximately five nominations in each Award category will then be presented to an independent panel of judges, who will meet at the end of July to decide the winners.
The winners will be announced at a glittering Awards ceremony to be held at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on September 7, 2011.
