The management team of Yas Island Rotana & Centro Yas Island recently traded places to be close to their staff by taking over various operational roles from room attendant to waiter.

Leading the activity on the day, Patrick Martinez, general manager of Yas Island Rotana & Centro Yas Island said: “it helps build relationships with those who do the work. Interacting at the ground level and getting into the shoes of our team members, helps them to do better their job and it is vital to team building and effectiveness.”

“This real-time initiative was driven to gauge the pulse of everyday workflow and to experience operations at grass root level.
