West 14th restaurant in Dubai has reported steady profits of AED 1 miliion (US $272,257) per month over the last year.

Restaurant manager Brenton Coghlan said: “Within three months of operations we were doing a million dirhams a month, and we haven’t been under that since. Revenue continually grows, and our popularity grows.”

The steakhouse restaurant is one of Mövenpick’s unbranded outlets, and has already seen great success.

“Business has constantly grown from the early days; long gone are the days where we first opened and we would walk around the swimming pool and invite guests to come in for dinner with 50% off, just to get them to come in, because we didn’t open with an immense amount of marketing,” Coghlan added
