The head butler from the luxury Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh has been made the first qualified trainer in the Middle East for the Guild of Professional English Butlers.
Ayman Saber El Ghayesh undertook an intensive training course, conducted by the guild’s president Robert Watson, to qualify for the post.
An Egyptian national, El Ghayesh has had successful 11-year career at the Rosewood hotel, where he continues to work.
