More than 300 of the region's food and beverage professionals will gather at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai this evening for the Caterer Awards Middle East 2011.
The third annual awards from Caterer Middle East magazine aim to recognise the hard work and dedication of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region.
The Middle East food and beverage industry has grown exponentially over the past few years, in both size and strength. Featuring everything from celebrity chefs’ signature outlets and destination bars to relaxed casual dining options and in-mall coffee houses, the region has something to please every palette.

But the F&B industry is more than just the end products: it relies on a combination of skilled professionals, best practices, top suppliers, innovative products and a careful adherence to market trends and consumer preferences.
Winners across 14 categories will be announced at tonight’s event.
