Where’s your favourite place to travel to / and why?
Kumarakom in Kerala. It’s a very naturally beautiful place, calm and quiet. When I want to relax I go there and take a houseboat for two days and eat my favourite special seafood.

How do you feel about being nominated ATN’s travel agent of the month?
Surprised and thrilled. I think this is one of my rewards for my hard work, patience and flexibility.

Have you ever gone ‘above and beyond’ for a client?
Yes, I overcome my regular clients expectations so many times, that’s why they are very happy with me.

What do you love most about your job?
I love handling my VIP & corporate clients and staying competitive in the market by providing extraordinary services. Also, it’s a pleasure to work in my office with my manager and colleagues.

What's the worst thing about being a travel agent?
We have to be alert around the clock in order to serve clients at any time. We also sometimes need to be extra patient to handle our clients.
