From October 12 to 14 and October 20 to 22, the Ritz-Carlton’s resident chefs will collaborate with some of the world’s finest chefs to put on gourmet dinners, private chef’s tables and cooking classes.


Visiting chefs, who will work under the guidance of executive chef Richard Green, include: executive chef Matthew Morrison from The Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner, USA; executive chef Xavier Salomon from The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, USA; deputy chef Erlantz Gorostiza from Abama Golf & Spa Resort, Tenerife; and Australian chef Jeremy Steele.


“I am very excited that The Ritz-Carlton Doha will set the stage for such a remarkable gourmet event and that our culinary teams [are joining] forces with venerated chefs around the world to bring epicurean tales that will surprise the palate and delight the senses,”  said executive chef Richard Green,

Also showcasing his skills is resident executive pastry chef Jérôme Bertoumieux, who will be holding a master class in desserts and two special afternoon teas.

Bertoumieux trained in Nantes, France, and honed his skills with the Hotel Arts Barcelona, before he moved to Palm Beach, USA, Abama Golf & Spa Resort in Tenerife and finally to The Ritz-Carlton Doha.
