The soon-to-open Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa recently welcomed golfing legend Colin Montgomerie.
The Ryder Cup winning captain was spotted teeing off one of Westin’s signature Heavenly Beds, which was conveniently placed on the 27-hotel championship course, host to the PGA European Tour Abu Dhabi Golf Championship.
The resort opens on November 1 and guests will not need to bed down on the grass for a good view of the golf course, all guestrooms will feature Westin Heavenly furnishings and amenities facing the golf course, with private balconies.

The hotel has been designed by Northpoint up to the concept stage, and later developed by GREC Architects. The building is an allusion to the existing Abu Dhabi Golf Club clubhouse, and has a warm and neutral design throughout its interior, general manager Klaus Niefer told Hotelier Middle East last month.
"I would like to call my hotel an 'Urban Oasis'; and it is indeed an oasis strategically located at the heart of the new Abu Dhabi, bringing very unique design features based on natural elements and showcasing the Westin style."
