Dubai’s second Rivington Bar & Grill will open at Souk Madinat Jumeirah in spring 2012, in the space formerly occupied by Moroccan outlet Shoo Fee Ma Fee.
The new restaurant, operated by Jumeirah Restaurants LLC in partnership with Caprice Holdings, will be spread over three floors and feature a terrace space with 54 covers.
It will join Rivington Bar & Grill at Souk Al Bahar, the first of Caprice Holdings’ brands to be launched in Dubai by Jumeirah Restaurants, and The Ivy at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, which opened in May.

Jumeirah Restaurants LLC managing director Phil Broad said the success of the original Rivington Grill “has laid the foundation for the brand”.
“The back-to-basics British cuisine, using only the highest quality seasonal ingredients at reasonable prices has really hit a chord with both the local, expatriate and tourist communities and I have every confidence in my team to deliver another wonderful restaurant to Dubai’s eating-out market,” said Broad.
He added: “As soon as we have a confirmed the opening date we will share that information.”
