The Grill at the Citymax Hotel in Bur Dubai is the latest steak house to open in the Emirate.
At the outlet’s meat station, diners can choose the country of origin, preferred cut of meat, as well as rubs and sauces, and how the meat is to be cooked.
“The concept behind The Grill is inspired from a butcher’s shop and offers diners the opportunity to be involved in the preparation of their steak including the selection of cut, cooking style and rubs” said Chef Jabulani.

The cuts offered at The Grill are freshly imported from Australia, Brazil, New Zealand and the USA and the cost of a steak starts at AED 65.
