The words 'let it rain' written in the sand at Kempinski Ajman must've had a special meaning for one lady who used them to propose to her boyfriend

Last week a couple was on vacation from Russia. The lady wanted to propose to her guy. She asked the recreation manager to write a message on the beach and then took her man to the balcony.
The message was written in Russian and translated to ‘Let it rain’
The sentence did not make sense for a proposal, but the lady said it had a hidden meaning for her fiancé to be.
