Park Rotana Abu Dhabi has added its flagship restaurant to its F&B outlets, the new Amador Restaurant and Cellar.
The tapas restaurant will see three-Michelin starred chef Juan Amador create dishes with scientific precision, such as his virtual sushi, egg surprise and mieral pigeon with purple curry.
There will be a choice of tapas, a sampling set menu and a la carte options in the restaurant, which is on the hotel’s mezzanine level.
This will be the chef’s first restaurant in the Middle East, after opening outlets in Mannheim and Bucharest, as well as the Amador Suite, a one-room hotel in Frankfurt-Fechenheim.
Amador Restaurant and Cellar will be decorated with fabric, sculptured glass and copper.
