Caterer Middle East has unveiled its Head Chef Survey 2012 – a yearly comprehensive study aimed solely at top culinary professionals across the Middle East.
Designed to give chefs in the region a voice and to aid outlets and companies in assessing market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region, the Head Chef Survey 2012 is running on Caterer’s online home, www.hoteliermiddleeast.com/f&b
