Bin Majid Tours, a travel agency under the Bin Majid Group, has launched its first charter flights to Slovakia, with passengers transported to the group’s hotels in Ras Al Khaimah.
Although passengers land at Dubai airport, 80% are then transported to the neighbouring emirate by the group. A further half of these passengers then stay at Bin Majid Group properties, which include the Bin Majid Beach Resort, Acacia and Mangrove Hotel.
Dr Ali Kasapbashi, group general manager of Bin Majid Group, said: “We have just had our first charter operation from Slovakia, launched as Bin Majid Tours. They have charter operations from Czech Republic for the last six years, but we have just had our first from Slovakia and will continue until the end of October. If they are happy with the operation, they will continue.”
He added: “The Boeing 737 800s, with a capacity of 189 passengers, land in Dubai terminal two and our Bin Majid Tours meet and assist them and arrange transportation for them.”
